LCV 24-01
Designed to shelter the French Army’s Surgical Operations Unit, the LCV 24 tent is an inflatable structure which is perfectly adapted to meet the needs of extremely rapid deployment in Phase 1 of military health operations.
Weighing 120 kilos, the LCV 24 tent meets the ‘low weight’ criterion which is a recurrent, preoccupying issue in military operations. It has vertical side walls and very strong girders which can carry a weight of at least 400 kg : this frees up floor space which can be used for surgical operations. The interior of the tent shell is sewn with a layer of white, quilted, thermal protection which is waterproof and opaque.
